So: I'm sitting at 1:15 A.M. with seven teenage girls and my best friend Rachel (also a teacher) in the computer room at our school at a Girl's Overnight Leadership Development event and I've asked the girls to share some things with you.

Alexis: "Love everyone."
Talia: "Violence might be the answer." (Ms. Nadow: "WHAT?!") Talia: "People always say violence isn't the answer except for the two times in your life that it is the answer."
Jenna: "Hold on."
Kelley: "Be yourself and follow your heart."
Maria: "Boys are dumb."
Rachel: (under her breath) "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." (quoting Benjamin Franklin)
